Raised tarmac ridge on 2 Tunnels Greenway, and water leaking from bridge

Reported in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 18:40, Tue 10 October 2017

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 4 minutes later

2 issues: 1. There is a dangerous (for cyclists) raised ridge across the 2 tunnels probably from a tree root, approx. 10m to the NW of where the Greenway goes under Claude Ave/Bridge Rd, its not large, but very sharp - like a badly designed sleeping policeman, and impossible to avoid, its popped the panniers off my bicycle twice because it makes the cycle jump when going over it - could it be trimmed flat? 2. While you are there, there is a lot of water leaking from the underside of the Claude Ave/Bridge Rd bridge, dripping onto the 2 tunnels, from recollection it wasn't that bad in the past, it may be just the topography of the surrounding hillside causing the problem, or perhaps a leak from a pipe? I am not an expert, but its up to you to assess whether the water flow is detrimental to the structure of the bridge?
