About 30-40 large plastic bags containing shreds of fabric, maybe factory waste. One further similar bag seen between County Hall and Glenfield General Hospital.

Sent to Leicester City Council 1 minute later
These bags have been there at least a week, and material scraps are being blown over a wide area.
This site seems to be a good way to draw attention to fly tipping, as it seems quite difficult to know who to tell from the Council's information contacts. The only query I had was, it is not always possible to specify what number on a street is involved, if it happens to be in a park or on waste ground, for example.

Further fly tipping has occurred on Jowett Close. At the new gate leading to the back of the Western Power distribution site, there is a three-seater sofa, plus a fridge freezer with intact doors, which could be a child hazard. In addition there are two heaps of hardcore spoil / earth. All this has been there for at least a couple of weeks.
