I have been reporting this guy for months, nothing is done so note to all....free parking on the folly yippeeee lets all do it, no more permit fees!!!!

    Thornton st hertford, these people are still parking on the pavement, on the corner of a junction and on double yellow lines....please can you put bollards up to stop this, they are gone by about 0730hrs but are parking overnight....
