Sand on road

Reported in the Roads/highways category anonymously at 10:08, Tue 10 October 2017

Sent to Durham County Council 2 minutes later

Someone has spilled a quantity of sand on the road between the Durham School corner and the drive to the tennis club. It has been there a few days now, on the westbound side of the road. I think it could be hazardous for cyclists as there is sufficient sand that it makes a loose surface on the road. It could also lead to a car skidding, though the normal route a car would take is free of sand because it has been displaced by the cars driving through.
