Dear Team, There is currently not a single lighting is available in rear driveway of Roosevelt Drive (operated by the council). This parking has a brand uneven surface to walk on and causing serious issues to public. This has been sparodic at best. At the moment we are in complete darkness. Recently one of our neighbour had a bitter experience of Brake-in and was reported to the police accordingly. And now in this kind of situation and an absolute darkness we are truly worried on out security and adequate lighting. Please kindly add/install at least an emergency lights to ensure we have some sort of lighting. It has been like this for many months now. It's is causing us a huge safety and security issues now a days. Pictures are attached for your convenience. Many thanks in advance.

  • Dear Sir/madam,

Could you please send the road sweeper to Demesne Furze. It's not been around this year and I'm struggling to get in my car without wellie boots. Other people too. It's the bit outside Warneford hall of residence.Thank you Robin

  • Dear Team It is very unfortunate that we are now in a Limbo and City Council is saying that they have raised it with County Council to Investigate this issue. Where County Council is saying that they don't know about this given CASE REF number ! Last month we have been told to contact the City Council regarding this and your email advising this is below: On Wednesday, August 29, 2018, 1:03 pm “Thank you for your report, to enable us to log the fault to the correct unit can you please advise using the attached map the street light number you are referring to. If the unit is not on the map this would not be owned/maintained by Oxfordshire County Council and would need to be reported to the developer/landowner direct. Unfortunately we do not keep records of private lights. State changed to: Investigating” streetlighting

Now City Council gave us a case ref number: 101002267817, and advising that this has been picked up by the High Street Lighting Team to resolve and investigate. We are getting very much concerned as following every steps advised by Council , we still don't know where to get an update from. Can you please be kind to let us on this issue please. Kind regards Pavel
