Thick raised layer of clay based soil partially covering road surface on a blind corner. Could cause cars to loose grip or skid hazard.

The raised mound of mud/stones (5/10 sq m) has been on the road for 2/3 days. It's not being washed away by the rain immediately and it represent a skid hazard on a blind corner.
