Builders rubble & material has appeared on John Tate Road at the intersection to Caxton Hill. Whilst the rubble is not blocking traffic (there are bollards so you can't drive through) it is unsightly to look at and more importantly blocking the pavement. School children walk through there and I am concerned that they will trip up on the rubble.
