Acorns and debris on main pathway

Reported in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 10:53, Thu 5 October 2017

Sent to Hampshire County Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1120379.

This pathway is a hazard to my property and to the pedestrians who live in Camellia Gardens. It is unusable due to the amount of debris and acorns which have fallen from the trees, over grown grass which has encroached onto the pavements, overgrown trees which make the pathway extremely slippery because of the moss etc. In the 9 years I have lived here, no one has made an effort to maintain this area, it has been left upto myself and my husband to ensure the safety of not only ourselves and small children but the elderly residents of our community. Something needs to be done ASAP, I have approached the road sweeper numerous times and contacted the council but have been told the resources are limited. This is not good enough and needs to be dealt with on a regular ongoing basis.
