Music being played at all hours at Soton Harbour Hotel

Sent to Southampton City Council 3 minutes later
Residents at Oceanvillage have had to endure years of construction noise - all complaints to the council with regards to breach of silence of hours went ignored, indicating that both planning dept and environment dept have "bad apples" within their team working in favour of developers instead of residents of Southampton. The new hotel is now working and today has started playing music from 0730h non-stop. Calls and emails requesting for the music to be turned down went ignored. They also cause light pollution during the night. The developers were bullies and the council must be robust when dealing with them.
