The council have sent me an email stating that they have had an inspector check the area during the eleven am to three pm time mentioned earlier, Unfortunatly no animals were noted at that time, They also say that they will keep monitering the situation. I have noticed that the dogs roaming freely in the street appear to be less frequent, This may possibly be down to the fact that a council official may have been seen in the street, If so then lets hope that the dog owners are finaly taking responsibility for their animals.
