Vehicles parking on grass verge

Vehicles are still continually parking on the grass verge in Chaucer Way. Not only is it ruining the asthetics of the area they also cause an obstruction to pedestrians, usually young families with push chairs and children who have been taught to cross the road properly at crossing points such as this.
