Local garages leaving cars parked for a substantially long period. Leaving little or no parking for residents

Very little or no parking at all times of the day due to neighboring garages leaving vehicles for sale or for repair for long periods of time. Furthermore, one garage, in particular, carrying out repairs late into the night after 9 pm sometimes till 1 am. Loud banging, drilling etc can be heard too. The lack of parking concern has lead to potential safety issues for many families with young children and also inconvenienced residents as parking is sparse.
