Man hole cover is loose on Sainsbury's side of the Midhurst road, just before Sainsbury's roundabout, Liphook GU30, it is noisy and clatters when every vehicle drives over due to its position vehicles are unable to avoid it

The noise of the loose manhole cover has worsened and making more clattering with every vehicle, it is a busy road from the centre of liphook and the positioning of it means vehicles cannot avoid it as they drive up Midhurst road from village centre towards the Sainsbury's roundabout. I and my neighbours live just across from this and the noise from it continues day and night as every vehicle driving down the road has to drive over it, please could this be repaired, many thanks
