House shaking when traffic goes by

Sent to Hampshire County Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1115279.

When a lorry or heavy vehicle goes along the A32 my house audibly shakes enough to wake us up. Can you check report on highway ? Also access from old Gosport rd is almost impossible and dangerous to get out of in the daytime as cars simply dont let you out or dont stop. Help !
