Overhanging trees affecting footwat

Trees/shrubs belonging to 90 & 92 Hook Road, Surbiton, are overhanging the footway, reducing headroom to under 6ft.

Problem still remains; some Council services are now shared with Sutton, and my guess is that this is one of them. Probably lack of manpower to take action on this hazard.

Not fixed. Local Councillor has been contacted and taken photos to show Officers. But these things take time - housholders have to be notified, etc. But some feed back from Council would be good - like it's in hand. Silence isn't good.

Council Officers have visited the site and issued enforcement notices, but problem remains, until householders comply with their orders.
