Cars parking on access road to Business park car park

Cars are being parked on the direct access road to the Roaring Meg Retail park. Vehicles are left parked half up the kerb on both sides which is causing a significant narrowing of the road and constant hassle for people wanting to use the car park and businesses on the Roaring Meg Retail park
