Large green electrical box is humming so loudly that you can even hear it through closed double glazed windows. Been like it for about 6 weeks. I have seen Virgin media engineers there in the past. One of my neighbours overheard workmen there a few weeks ago saying it's all antiquated and needs replacing. It's a a stage now where it's stopping people from sleeping. Please help. It would even stop people buying houses within 40m. I've lived here 4 years and it's never been this loud before. Many thanks, NB
