Two faulty streetlights on St Peter's Crescent, Kirkheaton. One outside numbers 17/19 and one outside numbers 9/11. One comes on for a short time, goes off until early hours then comes on again. The other never comes on. As they are neighbouring lights there is a black spot on St Peters for most of the night.
