Misuse of Bins for Dog Waste
Reported in the Rubbish (refuse and recycling) category by Ian Chisholm at 10:56, Sun 17 September 2017

The dog waste bins at the Bugdens Lane entrance to Bugdens Copse are being misused to deposit general rubbish rather than dog waste. I think part of the problem is that the bins are not clearly signed. There is a picture of a dog on the side of the bin to indicate the purpose of the bin but this is invariably covered over by the black bin liner (see photographs). There is a second bin on the other side of the footpath but this is less used because it is partly obscured and again not clearly signed.
