The alleyway that connects from Downsland Road to the back end of Townsend Close,is often plagued by groups of Youths,up to not good,often there on a regular basis Poss drug dealing or taking drugs etc,but not sure.Its very intimidating for people wanting to use this shortcut.Particulary the elderly. Lots of rubbish, smell of urine,its disgusting Its a public right of way.
