  • I had great support from councillor Julie McManus who contacted the council about the problem. The council in their turn were proactive and sent letters to all residents explaining that bins must be removed from payments. There are two residents in Morley Avenue who still refuse to remove their bins from the pavement and I wish the council would visit these two residents and tell them that that must do the same as all of their neighbors and comply.
