Neighbour dumping rubbish in gardens next to ours - we now have a rat problem

Reported in the Flytipping category anonymously at 07:43, Thursday 14 September 2017

Sent to Kirklees Borough Council 2 minutes later

Our neighbour at 721 Manchester Road has dumped a lot of household rubbish/furniture in her garden and the garden next to hers at 719 (no one lives at that property) it has been there for around 6 months now and we have recently had a rat problem. We have asked her and her landlord to move the rubbish but it has come to no fruition. The pile is now really growing and really needs to be moved as we are worried the rat/mouse situation may get worse.
