Inspect covers both within yards of each other loose, clanking away day and night.

Sent to Birmingham City Council 6 minutes later

Adjacent 21 Taylor Road (The Coach House White Building) and 16 Taylor Road B13 0PG is a manhole inspection cover in the road, residents have tried to use gaffer tape to hold the cover plates down as vehicles driving over it causes it to lift and drop loudly the faster the vehicle the louder the noise. Also at 36 Taylor Road is another cover plate in the road that is doing exactly the same thing, has been reported to the council by the residents as I've been told but no-one has come out to inspect the problem. I've been asked to report it. (which only happened because I was attending a car crash in the same location and five of the residents (pensioners) came out to tell me about the clanking inspection covers.)
