Caravan parking with van on pavement

Reported in the Pavements/footpaths category by Richard Lowe at 18:28, Tuesday 12 September 2017

Sent to Sefton Borough Council 2 minutes later

As you walk into Norwood Road on the lefthand side of the road by the Roe Lane lights there is a caravan and van parked on the pavement .The day I passed there was a van opposite parked on the pavement .Given the flow of families with prams and children using the two primary schools around the corner not an acceptable practice

  • Appreciate the problems the council faces regarding vehicles now totally parked on pavements but they must eradicate this and in particular now leaving a caravan on the pavement in a residential area where there is a crossing attendant re a schools crossing difficult re vision for oncoming traffic and pedestrian with children and prams using the pavement
