Subsiding Road

This is in reference to ENQ-53415-S4J4J4. Apparently your engineer cannot locate the 5 foot square area of road that has sunk up to 6-7 inches in some areas, in order to make a formal assessment. Admittedly the whole road network around Thorpe Marriott is littered with raised ironworks and pot holes due to the subsiding surfaces and it could have easily gotten missed. However, I struggle to believe that he is that inept that he could miss this area; it is rather sizeable. Cars do park in that area so he may have to get out of his car and do a little investigatory work and look under or behind things...apologies. If he really struggles, please tell him to make contact with me and I will guide him to the exact spot. Saves worrying about responding a fourth time relating to this issue. Many thanks for your time
