Eagle owl has now taken and probably killed my dog

Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1106392.

On Tewin Green this morning my pug dog was butchered by a very large owl, to add to the injury the owl carried away the corpse of my dog, no doubt to consume on its own terms, I feel that my dog has been prepared as a dish for this bird over the remarkable behavior of the last too weeks in the town. When will you listen?
