Cars parked on the left hand side of the street encroaching onto pavement and blocking traffic

Reported in the Car parking category anonymously at 14:45, Mon 11 September 2017

Sent to Kirklees Borough Council 5 minutes later

Cars parked on the left hand side of the street encroaching onto pavement, there are clearly sign posted no parking restrictions here but are ignored twice a day by parents doing the school run, this is causing problems as it's a 2-way traffic road but traffic cannot get past because of them and pushchairs have to be manouvered around the moving cars, this area is an accident waiting to happen as there is also a 4 road crossroad and cars cannot see or get past the cars parked on the left, please do something !
