Graffiti and offensive tagging on railway bridge both sides Tudor Way

Large letter silver graffiti sprayed both sides of Railway Bridge on Tudor Way tags and territory marking. British Rail need to secure fence off bridge to prevent grafitti and someone getting killed by falling or on live rail line. They tagged bridge one side and two days later the other side silver on dark green paint it looks hideous on this conservation area.

  • Still there yesterday- Tuesday 12 September. I have reported this to the ward councillors as well. Please can pressure be exerted on Network Rail to sort this ASAP otherwise we will have more graffiti in our area. This area is adjacent to a Conservation Area and is within an Area of Special Residential Character. Therefore this should be cleaned off ASAP.

  • The issue has been passed to Network Rail to investigate and take appropriate action. Graffiti removal on such locations may be subject to when Network Rail can organise attendance and whether it requires the track to be closed while operatives undertake works.
