Reported anonymously at 12:11, Friday 8 September 2017

Sent to Harlow District Council and Essex County Council 4 minutes later

The field opposite rectory court, near pear tree mead school is full of rubbish and drug taking equipment. I took my dogs and son for a walk there but had to come back as there is so much litter and the grass is so long that I was worried they would sustain an injury. Both my feet and that of my son and dogs were covered inan orange powder substance( see photo ). Also the footpaths along the main road of Wharley hook are covered in overgrown hedges maki g it difficult to pass.

Updates

  • The grass is still very long so hard to see what you are stepping on but the litter seems to have been cleared.
