High kerb preventing access by mobility scooter

Sent to Leicestershire County Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1104199.

Access to Nottingham Road blocked by a high kerb across the road making it impassable with a mobility scooter. Also, approx. 100 yards before reaching this obstruction, vegetation and overgrown brambles have reduced the access to 18" making progress impossible for a wheelchair to pass. Vegetation requires cutting back and the high kerb requires a ramp.
