My partner has a mobility scooter. Today at this busy junction she had to dismount in order to ease her scooter off the kerb and onto the carriageway. This was repeated when she reached the other side. This is a busy junction which is close to an industrial facility and is constantly in use by HGVs. Dropped kerbs required.
