Dog fouling on grass strip (private ownership) adjacent to roadto road

Reported in the Dog fouling category anonymously at 12:20, Wed 6 September 2017

Sent to Powys Council 5 minutes later

Dog walkers in this village tend not to carry poop scoops or plastic bags and fouling is common. Dog fouling of this grass verge, which is in private ownership, means that the owner has to clear-up the mess before mowing the grass. Most of the dog walkers are regular and could be identified. There are also young children in the area.
