Settee dumped on a public footpath on the south side of Southwick football clubs ground. The footpath is adjacent to the south coast railwayline.

I cannot believe how idiotic some people are. This settee takes up 2/3 of the width of a public footpath and someone has gone out of their way, literally, to dump it. It is not near houses which are 150 yards away.
