Cley-next-the-Sea FP 4, between the grid references TG 0444 4391 and TG 0443 4395 the path, as marked on the map published by the county council at http://maps.norfolk.gov.uk/ highways, is completely blocked. The attached photographs attempt to show the mapped route.
