Path unusable, west of sea wall

Cley-next-the-Sea FP 4, between the grid references TG 0448 4377 and TG 0445 4391 the path, as marked on the map published by the county council at http://maps.norfolk.gov.uk/ highways , runs on the west side of the sea wall. The path is overgrown with vegetation, and unusable. The county council revised the mapped alignment of the path back in June 2015, and yet, the path on the ground remains unusable. The path needs to be put into proper repair.
