Building blocks and materials stacked on pavement outside number 30 Manor Way which is reducing the width of path with potential injury from falling bricks/blocks.

  • We have notified the responsible party of their duties and responsibilities and informed them that further enforcement action may be taken if the issue is not resolved. For overhanging vegetation reports please allow 28 days for the responsible party to arrange action before notifying us of any continued obstruction.

  • These obstructions are still present and an accident is waiting to happen. The path way is obstructed and restricted.

  • Footpath remains obstructed by bricks which are loose stacked and dangerous.

  • The walkway is still obstructed and narrowed considerably by building materials.
