Major Road Signage Damaged and Bushes blocking it

Reported in the Street nameplates category anonymously at 10:44, Sat 2 September 2017 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to South Oxfordshire District Council 1 minute later

Major Road Sign Very badly Damaged just after the bridge on A4130 . The sign has actually been damaged for many months , Not sure why it has not been replaced yet, But now bushes are blocking important direction signs for Milton Park and Didcot B , and Sutton Courtenay . The sign needs replacing and NEW details added on like ASDA , Booker Only turn Left to weight restriction -or HGV will be lost , and Trident Park on sign 1st left .... This sign needs Urgent attention - 1) trim the bushes , and 2) replace sign with better naming on it to help HGV's and people lost.

  • Not only the signs that need attention. The road surface between the A4130 roundabout and the bridge is full of potholes and the sub-surface expansion joint seems to be collapsing. Furthermore there is no pavement on either side of this section of road which is ludicrous & OCC should prioritize.
