Sent to Chiltern District Council 4 minutes later
The hedge is several feet thick, has overgrown the public verge and at least half the width of the footpath making it impossible to pass alongside with a wheelchair. The owner also uses the area OUTSIDE their boundary to park their car, again blocking the footpath, exacerbated by parking further vehicles partly on the footpath. Their drive remains clear of any vehicles whatsoever.
The hedge has been reduced in width by a few inches revealing, still deep within the shrubbery, road and water signs, some indication of how out of control the hedge is. The footpath remains obstructed in part and the grass verge is totally lost.
