Fence erected by 37 Cumberland Road blocking access

Sent to Hampshire County Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1099669.

A fence has been erected by owners of 37 Cumberland Avenue, Chandlers Ford, SO532JX, which blocks a public right of way on council land (HCC).

This needs removing immediately and enforcement action taken if not.
