Street Signage Very Dirty and Damaged

This Large Street Direction Sign is so so Dirty you cannot hardly see the name of Town Centre and the Weight restriction for Wantage road is in readable , So that is no good , Does,nt look good that this sign has been like this for many months by the amount of Green on it !

Additional signage added to Council sign posts obstructing view at Georgetown Roundabout coming from Foxhall Road. Yellow building signs have been added. Vision to right is obscured. These need removing
