Sent to Bromley Council 5 minutes later

There are hundreds of laughing gas cannisters & lots of rubbish in the Memorial Hall Car Park at the bottom of Petts Wood Road, in between the train tracks and the Memorial Hall. Needs clearing - not sure if they are glass or not? could this puncture tyres???
