Two piles of rubbish dumped in the car park to the flats
Reported in the Flytipping category anonymously at 20:15, Mon 28 August 2017
Sent to West Lancashire Borough Council 5 minutes later
One pile of rubbish is near the entry gates to the blocks of flats. This consists of a suite and large plastic children's toys. The other pile of rubbish is next to the 163 to 173 flats building and consists of a microwave, a bed and two bags.
Still open, via questionnaire, 15:19, Tue 26 September 2017
Council attended, however they only bothered to remove half the items that had been fly-tipped. They have not bothered to come back to take away the rest of it.

Council were slow to respond. They didn't do anything after the first time I contacted them. After contacting them again, they did move the rubbish but sent an email that said this second box was the first one that they had received. Seems like the Council point of contact didn't sent the message to the correct department. I got a reply to my first message that said they had forwarded the message to the appropriate team. Obviously they didn't, as that team said they only received my second message. This seems to be a common occurrence, it has happened at least three times to me.
