Burnistan Road car/van owners using Caroline Court as a car park.

4/5 houses on Burnistan Road have multiple cars/vans (3/4) they use Caroline Court cul-de-sac as an private car park for all there cars/vans. Thus leaving the car owners of Caroline Court nowhere to park. There's even 1 owner who does alloy wheel refurbishment after work hours in Caroline Court which blocks the the entire cul-de-sac and the vechile does not have wheels on and cannot be moved if required.
