Badly Parked Vehicles

This is a repeat offender of blocking the junction between Tunbridge Crescent and the Headley Rd Liphook. There is also a white Mercedes that also parks here. They have been parking in a very dangerous place for several months now, they do not even live on this estate and there is going to be a collision before long. We need yellow lies on this junction please ASAP.
