The road surface between here and where it joins Station Rd Sawbridgeworth is in appaling condition and has been for many years.

  • This was the reply from the council, the road surface was bad before this winter..

    Thank you for your report received via fix my street web site, as an on
    going process of assessing roads whose condition has been exacerbated by
    the freezing temperatures in January / February this year, Hallingbury Road
    will be assessed for works. in the mean time please do not hesitate to use
    our web site www.hertsdirect.org/ highwayfaults to report hazardous
    faults, this will initiate a response by our works team to mitigate the
    fault.
