Several bulbs not lighting at pedestrian crossing

Pedestrian crossing on Goldington Road, A4280, located near Caves Lane / Dudley Street, Bedford. The "red man" lights on both side of pedestrian crossing are not lighting for people/cycles. In addition one or more bulbs for vehicle traffic not working, at least one green bulb for carriageway traffic not working.
