Sent to Norfolk County Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1093729.

Today an old couple stopped in their car outside my house in Bexwell Road to ask for directions to Rouse's Lane Cemetery. They stopped three times as they couldn't find it. In the end I got in the car and took them. They were late for the burial.

I had an email saying the issue is not their responsibility and that I need to contact the local council. That is not possible because the local council offices have closed down.
