Obstructed due to overgrown hedge near #21 elizabeth ave

Overgrown hedge obstructs footpath by half. Think it was near #21 elizabeth avenue.

  • Hedge still needs cutting back so pavement is not obstructed. The nearest thing to the footpath should be the fence.

  • Still not fixed. Overgrowth, dustbins in front of them and parking mean pedestrians MUST walk into oncoming traffic to get past.
