  • I have had no response in two months! I added this in August. I have written to my councillor directly in September and again I have had no response. Just offer a reply as why rubbish bins, which were alway full, have been removed from a very busy thoroughfare it makes no sense.

  • As previously reported contacted my local councillors who have requested reasons for removal. That was a month ago. Incident was 4 months ago. I can not understand why it takes 4 months to give an explaination as to why Canterbury City Council have removed these. If not them then why are their waste contractors not reported them missing as they should have emptied them 2/3 times every week for the last 13 weeks and are charging CCC for a job not done. How many more are scheduled to be emptied but are no longer in place and being charged for. Is that not fraud?

  • My experience is very poor. I reported these bins had been stolen/removed bins 5 months ago and despite using your site on 5 separate occasions I have also reported it to my local City councillor and still have not had any answer why and when they will be replaced. This is a total waste of time.
