Group of around 15 to 20 teenagers taking drugs

Sent to Folkestone and Hythe District Council and Kent County Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1092079.

Constant group of teenagers, usually 15 to 20 of them. Other people have to move around them and get on the road as they block the pavement. Strong smell of cannabis at all times.

You really cannot not notice the overpowering smell, so I'm not sure how the bus station staff have not previously reported the problem.
